At SandCatcher Printing, we're committed to bringing YOUR custom designs to life on orders large and small (Yes, even ONE shirt!!)
We're a small business with a big heart, and we pride ourselves on our attention to detail and exceptional customer service.

Small minimum orders
We primarily focus on small orders using DTF printing. With DTF, you can have virtually unlimited colors with no upcharge! Odd print location? No problem. Individual names? No problem. Do you really only need ONE shirt? We can do that too! BUT WAIT - That HAS to be EXPENSIVE! You might be surprised!

Larger orders
Through contracts with some of the largest providers on the east coast, we also offer SCREEN PRINTING, EMBROIDERY and ALL OVER SUBLIMATION (Solar shirts) on larger orders. Send us an email to discuss your project.
GRAPHIC DESIGN
We do NOT offer extensive in house graphic design. Small changes to an existing design? Possibly. We DO have great connections with designers all over the globe, and will happily provide those contacts upon request. We have found some amazing stock designs on ETSY for as little as $1, and fiver is a popular choice as well. We prefer to receive the following file types - .ai, .png, .svg, .psd and IF HIGH RESOLUTION - we can work with .jpgs

All pricing is done PER JOB - But these should serve as general guidelines.

Blank T Shirts
$6 - $15
As a general rule of thumb, T shirts start around $6 and can go up from there. Pocket? Add a little. Nicer material? Add a little. 3xl? 4xl? add a little. You get the point. There is no single answer.
Solar Shirts
$15 - $50
You can get these awesome UPF 30-50 shirts as blanks, with a single small chest print with DTF graphics all the way up to FULL ALL OVER SUBLIMATION!
HATS
$10-$35
The fan favorite is the Richardson 112 (Standard profile), the 115 (Low profile) and 712 (Visor). These can be decorate with embroidery or leather patches, or even with DTG!
DTG Printing
$2 - $15
The possibilities with DTG are really limitless. If you want ONE simple cotton t shirt with a small chest logo, you could spend as little as $12 TOTAL! Want a FULL COLOR Back graphic? Add another $12 - Pricing is per location, per size of graphic and QUANTITY. Shoot me a message with your ideas and lets see what we can do!
Screen Printing
Per Job
For us, screen printing is now reserved for larger quantities and those that just do not want to try the new DTG stye. Priced per job and per COLOR of print. This is still the go to for orders of 100 or more shirts with no graphic change.
Embroidery
$12
After digitizing your file (Making it SEW ready - $45) Embroidery runs an average of $11 per garment at less than 12 pieces. $10 from 13-36 and $9 from 36 or more. Hats, Polos and Corporate wear are GREAT for embroidery!

What is DTF Printing?
DTF Is quickly becoming the new standard.
Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing is a cutting-edge garment customization method that has taken the industry by storm. Unlike traditional printing techniques like screen printing or heat transfer vinyl, DTF printing involves printing designs directly onto a special film, which is then heat-applied to the fabric. These heat transfers are NOT THE SAME as the old Plastisol transfers that cracked and peeled after 10 washes. This innovative process uses a unique blend of pigment inks and a powder adhesive, resulting in vibrant, high-quality prints that can be transferred to a wide range of materials. I have personally washed DTF garments over 50 times with almost NO SIGN of wear.
